Twin Oaks Resort Policies

At Twin Oaks Resort on Table Rock Lake, our reservation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our resort. Because we rely on advance reservations, when we reserve a cabin for a guest we remove that cabin from availability and refuse other requests for those same dates.

Deposits are required for all reservations. A $200 deposit is required for our 2-bedroom cabins, and a $250 deposit is required for our Lake House. If a reservation is cancelled, deposits are returned only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy. If a deposit is returned, a $35 cancellation fee is deducted. With enough notice, we make every effort to rebook cancelled dates whenever possible.

Please note: if no deposit is received within seven working days after a reservation is made, the reservation will be cancelled.
Also, there is no refund for early departures.

Twin Oaks Resort is located on Table Rock Lake, between Branson and Kimberling City, offering convenient access to Branson attractions while staying out of the high-traffic area.
